All the item doesn’t added preservation, will recommend keep below 5degree and consumed within 3days or keep airtight container in the freezer.

• We accept cancelations and will provide a full store credit refund and you can use it in 1 year.  if you need to cancel it, please let us know at least 3days before.
• We do not offer cash refund.
• If you received a faulty or damaged product, please carefully take a photo of damaged and contact us same day, will be concern and give you full store credit and please bring damaged or faulty product, when you come to the shop.
• We are not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products or once the finished product is taken is out of our care.
• For special customed cake, we are unable to provide refund or exchanges with other items once the cake has been received by the designated party.
• For special customed cake and wedding cake,  if you need to cancel it, please let us know at least 10 days before.
• We do not accept refund requests for subjective reasons such as decoration style, taste or color-shade.
