Our eclairs baked by order to provide best taste. We do not use any preservatives so, please will recommend keep below 5degree and consumed within 3days or keep airtight container in the freezer.
We accept cancelations and will provide a full store credit refund and you can use it in 1 year. if you need to cancel it, please let us know at least 3days before.

We do not offer cash refund.

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please carefully take a photo of damaged and contact us same day, will be concern and give you full store credit and please bring damaged or faulty product, when you come to the shop.

We are not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products or once the finished product is taken is out of our care.

For special customed cake, we are unable to provide refund or exchanges with other items once the cake has been received by the designated party.

For special customed cake and wedding cake, if you need to cancel it, please let us know at least 10 days before.
